Sienna started Studio Flow in late 2024 after watching too many physiotherapy clients hurt themselves in 60-minute "power yoga" classes. Trained as a physiotherapist (UoM, 2014), she ran a clinic in Birkirkara before moving full-time into teaching. Specialises in prenatal and post-injury work; teaches Slow Hatha because she thinks every yoga student should learn it twice.

Marco teaches with a playlist. He was a wedding DJ for ten years before training in yoga, and the cadence shows up in his vinyasa classes — sequenced like an album side, with a peak in the middle and a cool-down that lands. Yin is his quietest work; the breathwork is his most intense.

Lara Mizzi · she/her

Polestar Pilates Comprehensive · NYC City Ballet alumna · 17 years dance

Lara was a corps dancer with NYC City Ballet for seven years before tearing her ACL. The injury is what brought her to pilates and what brought her, eventually, to teaching it. Her cueing is precise — she will catch a misalignment from across the room — and her standards are high. She teaches both mat levels and reformer foundations.

Polestar Pilates Comprehensive · Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) · Former GB U23 rower

Adam came from competitive rowing — Cambridge then GB U23 — where he learned that a strong body without a strong recovery system is a body about to break. PRI training taught him how to read movement patterns. He runs the reformer programme and takes most of the rehab privates.
