Vinyasa Flow

A breath-led sequence. Slow start, builds, longer-held final poses.

Sun A → sun B, then a peak-pose flow that varies week to week. Floor-based finish. Marco teaches this with a playlist; Sienna teaches it without. You'll know the postures.

Contraindications: Acute back or knee injury — book Slow Hatha first.

Bring: Mat, water

Slow Hatha

Foundations. Each pose taught from the ground up, no flow, no surprises.

75 minutes, ~12 postures, each broken down and held. We teach the ground-up build of every pose so when you go to a Vinyasa class you know what the cues mean.

Contraindications: None. This is the right first class.

Bring: Mat, water

All levels60 min · cap 14

Yin

Long passive holds. The opposite of an active practice. Floor-based, deeply quiet.

Postures held for 3-5 minutes each on bolsters and blocks. Targets connective tissue rather than muscle. You will feel restless at minute one and grateful by minute three.

Contraindications: Recent joint replacement — book a consult first.

Bring: Mat (we provide bolsters)

All levels60 min · cap 12

Restorative

Bolsters, blankets, eye pillows. Six poses in an hour. Designed for nervous-system reset.

Six poses in 60 minutes, each fully propped. The opposite of a workout. Prescribed for stress, sleep issues, recovery weeks, or just "this week was a lot".

Contraindications: None.

Bring: Mat (we provide everything else)

Pregnant clients only60 min · cap 8

Prenatal

First-, second-, and third-trimester variants in the same class. Sienna teaches every one.

Pregnancy-specific yoga, screened by trimester. Strengthens the muscles labour needs, releases the ones it doesn't. Sienna trained in prenatal at the Yoga Birth Method (London, 2023).

Contraindications: Bleeding, severe morning sickness, doctor-imposed bed rest — see a Sienna consult first.

Bring: Mat, water, bring your scan dates if anything is unusual

Pilates

Beginner50 min · cap 12

Bring: Mat, water

Intermediate50 min · cap 12

Faster cadence, the core series, classic standing work.

Reformer — Foundations

First time on the reformer? Start here. Maximum 4 students.

The reformer is a spring-based machine that does what your hands and breath alone cannot. Foundations is for first-timers: how the carriage moves, what each spring does, the five canonical exercises. Hands-on.

Contraindications: Bone-density issues — book a consult first.

Bring: Socks (grip socks ideal — we have a small basket)

Intermediate50 min · cap 6

The full programme, springs adjusted per body. Maximum 6 students.

The full reformer canon: footwork, hundred, frog series, knee stretch series, jump board if requested. Springs adjusted per body. Adam programmes the rotation.

Contraindications: Acute lower-back injury — book a consult.

Bring: Grip socks

Bring: Mat, water, eye mask if you have one

All levels30 min · cap 16

Coherent Breathing

Six-second inhale, six-second exhale. Quiet, restorative, ideal mid-week.
