- ✕ Pregnancy past trimester one (the long passive holds aren't safe).
- ✕ People with active flares of joint inflammation (ask Sienna).

- 1. Each pose held 3-5 minutes.
- 2. We are quiet between poses.
- 3. Wear something warm for the floor work.
