First class
What happens.
- 1. Sienna runs the screen first — five questions, sixty seconds.
- 2. Class is 75 minutes; first 10 are introductions and grounding.
- 3. We end on the floor, eyes closed, for 6 minutes.
What to bring
- Mat (we have spares).
- Bare feet.
- Water bottle (filled at the studio if you forgot).
