First class

What happens.

  • 1. Sienna runs the screen first — five questions, sixty seconds.
  • 2. Class is 75 minutes; first 10 are introductions and grounding.
  • 3. We end on the floor, eyes closed, for 6 minutes.

What to bring

  • Mat (we have spares).
  • Bare feet.
  • Water bottle (filled at the studio if you forgot).
